After cooking at some of NYC’s most beloved restaurants, including Bouley, Nobu 57 and Ai Fiori where he earned a Michelin star, PJ opened Scampi and The Spaniard in 2017. His passion and innovation are displayed in every dish he creates, and he’s dedicated his career to making people smile.
Archana Rao is the chef/owner of Love Street Cakes, offering high-end wedding and specialty cakes for all occasions. Her whimsical creations taste as good as they look and have been featured in print, TV and movies. Archana and PJ met at the Culinary Institute of America in 2003 and have been cooking together ever since – they live in Short Hills with their two kids, PK (8) and Shayla (4).
